Adult Ministries
At East Stroudsburg United Methodist Church, our Adult Ministries provide opportunities for spiritual growth, fellowship, and connection — both in person and online. We believe that faith is a lifelong journey, and our programs are designed to help adults of all ages deepen their understanding of God’s Word and strengthen relationships within our church family.
Bible Studies & Faith Growth
Join us for engaging Bible studies held both on Zoom and in-person throughout the week. These gatherings offer meaningful discussion, prayer, and community for anyone seeking to explore Scripture in a supportive environment.
Saturday Morning Men’s Study Group
Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM, Church Office /Conference Room and online
This group of Men meets every Saturday morning to fellowship, join in Christian study, and share friendship and support. Please call church office (570) 421-3280 for more information.
Sundays from 9:45am – 10:35am
Adult Sunday School Education
Equipping Hour Sunday School is a unique time on Sunday mornings where adults can learn more about God’s love and how to apply the Bible to everyday life. This is primarily done through book studies, discussion and prayer.
Silver & Gold
Second Thursday of the month, 2-4 PM in Fellowship Hall
Silver and Gold is a fellowship group designed for members of our congregation who are 50 years old or older. The monthly meetings cover topics and interests specifically for those ages, with devotionals and a variety of activities and events to encourage fellowship and fun. Fellowship & Activity Groups
Our 55+ Group, led by Ann Lefevre, provides regular opportunities for fellowship, fun, and friendship among our senior members. From outings and luncheons to service projects and special programs, this group is a wonderful way to stay connected and active within the church community.
