Children’s Ministries​

At East Stroudsburg United Methodist Church, our Children’s Ministry helps kids grow in faith, friendship, and understanding of God’s love through fun, engaging, and meaningful experiences. We believe children are not just the future of the church — they are a vital part of its life today.

Children Praise God through Music

Every Fourth Sunday there is Children’s service. Lead by Children and Youth @ 10:45am services led by Kurt Faussette.

Faith, Fun, and Fellowship

Our children’s programs are designed to teach the love of Jesus through hands-on activities, interactive learning, and community engagement. From weekly worship participation to seasonal events, there’s always something exciting for children and families to enjoy.

Children’s Sunday School

Kindergarten through 5th Grade
Children in Kindergarten through 5th grade are invited to attend Sunday Church from 10:45 AM – 12:00 PM. Children are dismissed from the 10:45 AM worship services after the first 15 minutes of worship and go downstairs for Children’s Church.

Children’s bible lessons are though using bible stories, crafts, games, and music class

Programs & Events

  • Vacation Bible School (VBS): Each summer, kids explore Bible stories through music, crafts, games, and drama in a week filled with faith and fun.
  • Trunk or Treat: Every October, families come together for a safe and festive evening of costumes, candy, and community fellowship in our church parking lot.
  • Fourth Friday Food & Fun: A monthly community event where children and families enjoy food, games, and activities while connecting with others in a welcoming space.
  • Children’s Service: Led by Children’s Music Coordinator Kurt Fausette, this special monthly service allows kids to take part in worship — singing, reading, and helping lead the congregation in praise.
